1) The service

SailIQ provides navigation tools, session logging and analytics, plus event features and streaming when enabled by an organizer.

2) Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your account confidential. Do not share your credentials with third parties.

3) Responsible use and safety

SailIQ does not replace seamanship or maritime safety rules. You must navigate prudently and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Important: data may be affected by GPS coverage, device conditions, and environment.

4) Events and streaming

In live events, your position may be shown to organizers and/or spectators while the event is active, depending on event settings. If you are not participating in an event, your telemetry from that event is not transmitted.

5) Availability and changes

We may modify or interrupt parts of the service for maintenance, security, or product evolution. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain stability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

6) Subscriptions and billing

Some SailIQ plans are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions. Billing is processed through the Apple App Store or Stripe, depending on the purchase channel.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel renewal from Apple subscription settings or from the relevant billing portal.
